Aishwarya Rai who was recently at the inauguration of a Longines store in New Delhi, was more than forthcoming talking about her hubby dearest Abhishek Bachchan. She was her usual chirpy self and could stop gushing about Abhi.Drona might not have got rave reviews but Ash is all praises for Abhi.“I think he’s a wonderful actor. I’ve always admired his approach to his work. You have to admire all the actors (in Drona), I did. Abhishek played Drona realistically. I viewed the film through a child’s eyes. It has to be perceived as a fantasy adventure,” she said.Ash maintains that Abhi is a mature actor who understands cinema well enough to make good career decisions.He understands cinema so well that he is not afraid of taking risks. He stands by his family, friends all the time and because of this I identify a lot with him,” she gushed.“I know him for a very long time now. Together we have grown from actors to colleagues to friends and now we share a very special bond. Shahrukh Khan gifts Farah Khan iPhone

King Khan of Bollywood SRK is known to have a generous heart when it comes to his close friends. The Khan with a mighty heart recently gifted close buddy Farah Khan Apple’s iPhone.A source reveals, “Last month, Farah Khan was choreographing a song picturised on Shah Rukh and Deepika Padukone at Filmistan Studios for his home production. SRK and Farah being big techno game freaks became obsessed with the latest iPhone game Lexitron (a word forming game) which cinematographer V Manikandan had on his iPhone. The actor and the director played the game on Manikandan’s phone till the battery died. The next day, Farah was pleasantly surprised when Shah Rukh gifted not just her but also her assistant Feroze the latest iPhones. Farah uses the iPhone for playing games and taking videos and pictures of her triplets — Anya, Diva and Czar. She has been showing the pictures and videos to everyone on the sets on Billoo Barber.”When Farah was asked about SRK’s gesture she said, ”What’s the big deal in such gifts? These things happen between friends all the time.”Yeah well said Farah, specially if you happen to be SRK and Sallu’s friend.

Vidya Balan in love with --------------------

For her role in Vishal Bharadwaj's Ishqiya, Bollywood Actress Vidya Balan is leaving no stone unturned. She is getting into the skin of her character by learning a special language and dialect for the film. And now here comes the clincher.

A source on the sets reveals that Vidya's been on cloud nine recently thanks to Ishiya again. Reason?

The actress just finished a ten day work shop with her idol Naseeruddin Shah who also stars in the film along with Bollywood Actor Arshad Warsi.

A source close to the actress revealed, "The character that Vidya Balan is playing in Ishqiya is a very complex character which is very difficult to enact.

Vidya thought that the way to emote the character on screen was best learnt from Naseeruddin Shah because the veteran actor was a master at it. She was ecstatic to be discussing cinema with the master himself.

Even though one hears they ended up discussing the film and cinema at length instead of doing a serious workshop, Vidya Balan still treasures the experience and seem to be interested working with Naseer in the film. "

Vidya also learnt to speak the UP dialect during those ten days. Vidya Balan was just not familiar with UP kind of Hindi. She mastered it by getting a teacher to teach her the exact dialect.

SHAHID KAPOOR & Vidya

It’s actually fun to be a part of Bollywood. You get to learn so many sports activity and that too for free. No check this, Shahid has learned Rollerblading fro his new movie Kismat Connection.

Just a couple of days ago, we’d told you about how Shahid Kapur discovered – and mastered – the art of rollerblading, while shooting for Kismet Konnection in Canada. And now, here’s more info on the same.

Turns out that the director of the film, Aziz Mirza was so impressed with the skills that Shahid had picked up at such a short notice, that he decided to incorporate a scene with Shahid skating on the blades in the film.

Says a source from the production unit of Kismet Konnection , “The shooting schedule of the film was very long, and Shahid was getting bored. One such afternoon, it so happened that Shahid came across a bunch of youngsters skating. He liked it so much that he started learning the sport in his free time and soon became a pro at it. Shahid mastered the sport so well, that director Mirza included a scene with Shahid roller-blading in one of the songs in the film.”
